Llewellyn Motors Recognised as an ecoBiz 3-Star Partner for 2022

Llewellyn Motors has recently been recognised as an ecoBiz 3-Star Partner for implementing measures to reduce energy, waste, and water intensity. Llewellyn Motors has measures in place to improve sustainability across our operations, such as:

• waste generation,
• separation, and
• recycling through varied initiatives

We have been recognised as an ecoBiz Star Partner since 2021. Since joining the program, we have reduced our Energy (13%) waste and water (18%) intensity.  An ecoBiz sustainability expert visited our facilities and noted all the measures we implemented to reduce our energy, waste and water.

ecoBiz is a free program funded by the Queensland Government and run by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland(CCIQ)that helps Queensland businesses audit their resource use and reduce costs from waste, water, and energy bills.

Here at Llewellyn motors, we are always looking at ways to recycle within the business, This is achieved by reducing our waste production, diverting waste from landfill, and disposing of all waste correctly and environmentally friendly. Our long-term vision is to be one of the most sustainable businesses in the local community - David Triggs, Compliance Manager
