Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Car Racing Hot Lap Competition is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the competition, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the rules and requirements outlined below:
To enter simply purchase any spare part through the Llewellyn Trade Parts Centre between 1st September 2023 and 31st of October 2023 to be automatically entered into the competition.
Winner Notification and Prize:
The winner of the Competition will be notified by the contact information provided during registration.
The winner must collect the winning ticket within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
If the winner does not collect the winning ticket within the specified timeframe, Llewellyn Motors reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Age Restriction: All passengers must be 18 years of age or older on the day of the event.
Height Limit: Participants must not exceed a maximum height of 185cm (6 feet 1 inch) to ensure their safety and proper fitting within the racing vehicle.
Weight Limit: Participants must not exceed a maximum weight of 110kg (242 pounds) for safety reasons and to maintain the optimal performance of the racing vehicle.
Appropriate Attire: All passengers are required to wear full-length clothing that covers from wrist to ankle. Additionally, closed-in shoes must be worn throughout the duration of the event. This attire is essential to ensure your safety and prevent any potential hazards during the hot lap experience.
Assumption of Risk: Participation in the Car Racing Hot Lap Competition involves inherent risks associated with motorsports. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks related to the activity, including but not limited to those arising from the speed and nature of the racing experience.
Health and Fitness: Participants must be in good physical and mental health to partake in the competition. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, it is strongly advised to consult with a healthcare professional before participating.
Seatbelt Usage: All passengers are required to fasten their seatbelts and follow the instructions provided by the driver throughout the hot lap experience.
Respect for Instructions: Participants are expected to follow the instructions provided by event staff, drivers, and officials at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Liability Release: By participating in the Car Racing Hot Lap Competition, you agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and related personnel from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.
Event Changes: The event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition in the interest of safety or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
Photography and Media: By attending the event, you grant the event organizers the right to use any photographs, videos, or media taken during the competition for promotional and marketing purposes.
